Salary: 

Competitive salary and benefits package in the range of €55,000 to €70,000

Summary:

LMC FM is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop a career in this growing sector.

Responsibilities:      

·        Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance of customer plant and equipment to optimise performance.

·        Ensure real time repair of plant and equipment within optimum time frame.

·        Report all faults, damages, and mechanical defaults to the technical department.

·        Ensure any plant unsafe to use is taken out of service and the appropriate department notified.

·        Accurately record all checks as required on Planned Preventative Maintenance.

·        Document accurately all works carried out and materials used.

·        Perform all Pre-Start, hygiene, and safety checks as necessary.

·        Adhere to company safety policies at all times.

Experience:

·        Must be fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in Ireland.

·        Excellent communication and customer care skills.

·        Fully Qualified

·        Three plus years’ experience in a Plumbing role.

·        Safe Pass.

·        Manual Handling.
